Affidavit of service so filed be kept with the record. Mr. Bhattacharya, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that so far as the signature is concerned that has been sent by the Economic Offences Wing, Office of the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Delhi.

According to the learned advocate, the revisional application is dependent on the outcome of the findings to be submitted by the Delhi Police.

In view of such submission, I am of the opinion that the foundation of the revisional application presently is not maintainable. Learned advocate for the petitioner prays for withdrawing of the revisional application with the liberty to file afresh after such report is submitted.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1007 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file afresh as prayed for upon subsequent changes as referred to

above.

Mr. Bidyut Kumar Roy, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with the revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any is, hereby, vacated.
