Smt. Dipti Majumder Mr. Taraknath Halder ...for the petitioners Inadvertent error has crept into the order dated 1st May, 2023 which is corrected as follows.

In the 3rd line of the 1st paragraph of the order dated May 01, 2023 the words "which was renumbered as 292 of 2016" is deleted and "(R-292/206)" is incorporated therein. The other portions of the order dated May 01, 2023 will remain unchange.

Let this order be treated as a part of the order dated May 01, 2023.
