Re : An application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The impugned order dated 15th March, 2021 reflects that the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta was pleased to direct Officer-in-Charge, Cyber Police Station for causing further investigation. In view of the further investigation being in progress, the complainant/petitioner would be at liberty to bring the information available with him before the Investigating Officer of the case.

No interference is called for in the order dated 15.03.2021. Steps must be taken for expeditely progressing and submitting a report before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 1008 of 2021 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
