For the Respondent No. 3 It is pointed out by the learned counsels for the parties that the number of the analogous writ petition has been wrongly recorded as W.P.A. 8912 of 2021 instead of W.P.A. 8919 of 2021 in the order dated 30th April, 2021. Consequent thereof, the file of W.P.A. 8912 of 2021 was wrongly tagged with the present writ petition being W.P.A. 10267 of 2021.

Accordingly, the aforesaid order dated 30th April, 2021 passed in W.P.A. 10267 of 2021 be corrected by replacing W.P.A. 8912 of 2021 by W.P.A. 8919 of 2021.

Let W.P.A. 10267 of 2021 appear along with W.P.A. 8919 of 2021 under the same heading on 1st October, 2021.

Re: W.P.A. 8912 of 2021 Ms. Sanjukta Das .... For the Petitioner So far as this writ petition is concerned, it is pointed out by the learned advocate for the petitioner that it has already been disposed of by order dated 27th April, 2021.

Let the matter go out of list.
