Mr. Taraknath Halder .... For the petitioners. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Ejectment Suit No. 21 of 2014.

From the copy of the orders it is found that one application under Section 7(2) of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act, 1997 is pending since 8.12.2014. Considering the nature of the prayer, I do not find any reason to ask the learned advocate on behalf of the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite party. Service upon the opposite party is thus dispensed with.

Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Sealdah is requested to dispose of the Ejectment Suit No.21 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible after disposal of all interlocutory applications within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order but without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. Petitioners are directed to make communication of this order to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Sealdah.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
