Petitioner has challenged an order dated January 9, 2024, passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum at Bankura in Consumer Case Nos. 27/2022, 45/2023, 46/2023, 64/2023 and 65/2023.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that through inadvertence this application has been filed as there is a provision of appeal under the Consumer Protection Act. He prays for leave to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the appropriate forum.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, this application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.

With such dismissal as withdrawn, connected applications are also dismissed.

Learned advocate-on-record for the petitioner is permitted to take back the certified copy of the order impugned upon furnishing a photostat copy of the same.
