Renewal of the petitioner's passport has been refused by the authority in view of the pendency of a criminal proceeding against the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not intend to leave the country immediately.

As the petitioner is not intending to leave the country right now, accordingly, he will not require the passport at present. As and when the petitioner will travel abroad, the same shall be brought to the notice of the learned trial Court and necessary prayer may be made before the learned trial Court.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
