4. Leave is reserved to the petitioner to take steps in respect of the FRMF in accordance with law before the Magistrate.

5. Mandarmoni (Coastal) Police Station shall supply a copy of the FRMF to the petitioner.

6. The contempt application is disposed of.

7. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.
