1. The order dated 2nd August, 2023 is mentioned for correction.

2. In the sixth line of paragraph 13 at page 4 of the order dated 2nd August, 2023 the expression "decreed on compromise on 11th March, 1998" shall stand corrected to read as "decreed on contest on 27th September, 1996".

3. Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 2nd August, 2023.

4. The other parts of the order dated 2nd August, 2023 shall remain unaltered.

5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
