Jr. Govt. Advocate Ms. Sujata Das ... ... for the State Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties. We have considered the materials on record. Petitionerhusband set fire on his wife. He does not stand on the same footing with the in-laws who have been enlarged on bail. His bail prayer was rejected on merits in November, 2022. There is no change in circumstance since then. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
