In continuation of the orders dated 4th May, 2023, 15th May, 2023 and 12th June, 2023 and in view of the submission of the parties that the petitioner has already complied with the requisitions made by the Assessing Officer, by her letter dated 24th June, 2023 by furnishing the relevant documents indicated in the said letter, this writ petition being WPA 7961 of 2023 is disposed of by setting the impugned notice under Section 148A(d) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, dated 3rd March, 2023, relating to assessment year 2016-2017 being Annexure P-4 to the writ petition and all subsequent proceedings on the basis of the aforesaid impugned notice with liberty to the

Assessing Officer to proceed a fresh in accordance with law against the petitioner.

With this observation and direction, this writ petition being WPA 7961 of 2023 is disposed of. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
