It is contended there is no direct evidence to commit the crime. He prays for bail. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer. She submits petitioner had relationship with co-accused. They conspired to murder her husband. A strip of sleeping pills was recovered.

We have considered the materials on record. There are materials to show that the petitioner had motive to commit the crime. Body of the victim husband was recovered with injuries beside his house. Petitioner was present in the house. On her leading statement incriminating materials have been recovered. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
