Mr. Ratul Biswas, learned counsel for the alleged contemnor appears before this Court and places two documents in respect of the two petitioners, which are taken on record.

It appears that neither of the petitioners could produce any certificate for special reservation or the teachers training qualification.

3.

This Court further notes that the grammar of the language against the expression declaration of both in English and Bengali vernacular and the hand writing of the two petitioners to be below par.

This Court reasonably apprehends that the two writ petitioners may not pass the class five Bengali and

English language examination as per the standards of the State.

Neither of the writ petitioners has appeared in the interview or the aptitude test. Question of their being recruited as teachers does not and cannot arise. 6.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this contempt application.

7.

Accordingly, CPAN 579 of 2025 is dismissed.

8.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnor, if any, is dispensed with.

9.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

10.

There shall be no order as to costs.
