...for the State It is pointed out by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that in the judgment dated 7th April, 2021 passed in CRR No.1069 of 2020 with CRR 1070 of 2020 and CRR No.1071 of 2020, it is recorded that the petitioner is an Assistant Teacher of Barhra High School. "She is at present under suspension". Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was never suspended and the above quoted sentence was wrongly recorded by this Court.

Learned Advocate for the opposite party has also concurred with the submission made by the learned Advocate

for the petitioner. Therefore, the above quoted order be treated to be deleted in the judgment dated 7th April, 2021. This order be made part of the order dated 7th April, 2021.
