Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that from the possession of the petitioner, 38 Kgs. of Ganja were allegedly recovered.

It has been emphasized, petitioner has been falsely implicated. There are no materials and as charge sheet has been submitted, petitioner may be released on bail. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Having considered the quantum of seizure, I am of the view that the rigors of Section 37 of the NDPS Act is attracted. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 634 of 2026 is rejected.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
