We have considered the materials on record. Case involves gang rape of the victim. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Evidence of the victim implicates the petitioner in the crime.

Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
