On June 10, 2021 an order was recorded by this Court wherein the petitioner had submitted that he had complied with the requisition under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Today, learned Advocate for the petitioner says that it was a wrong statement. The petitioner has not complied with the Section 41A notice.

In view of such conduct of the petitioner we are not inclined to entertain this application for anticipatory bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. CRM No. 3113 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
