Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioners who are the in-laws of the victim housewife subjected her to torture over demands of dowry. She committed suicide within six months of marriage. Date has been fixed for commitment.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
