Petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which a proceeding under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act is continuing since the year 2010. As 13 years have passed I direct that learned Magistrate in connection with C/76 of 2010 will on and from 21st December, 2023 fix one date every week so that the trial of the case is taken to its logical conclusion. All efforts must be taken by the learned Trial Court to spell out the final judgment by 31st August, 2024.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 1403 of 2022 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
