The order dated 29.04.2024 is mentioned for correction.

In the third line of the third paragraph of the first page of the said order, the expression „year 2016‟ shall stand corrected and be read as „year 2020‟.

The sixth paragraph of the second page of the said order shall stand deleted and substituted with the following paragraphs:- "The Hon‟ble Supreme Court in Ali Hossain Mandal and Ors. Vs. West Bengal Board of Primary Education and Ors. reported in 2024 SCC OnLine SC 1189 at Paragraph 29 in Subclause (iv) stated that no further appointments are permissible from the recruitment process initiated on 23rd December, 2020.

In that view of the matter, no relief can be granted to the petitioners."

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 29.04.2024.

The other parts of the order dated 29.04.2024 shall remain unaltered.
