1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

2. Petitioner filed this writ petition seeking direction for her transfer. However, it is submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioner that she was appointed on being selected in 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 (classes XI and XII).

3. Selection process i.e. 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 (classes XI and XII) was set aside by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide judgment dated 3rd April, 2025 passed on civil appeal arising out of Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 9586 of 2024 (State of West Bengal vs.

Baishakhi Bhattacharyya (Chatterjee) & Ors.). Since petitioner has lost job in terms of the judgment dated 3rd April, 2025, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

4. Writ petition stands dismissed.
