1. We have considered the materials on record. There are ample evidence implicating the petitioners in the murder. They had absconded and have been declared as proclaimed offenders.

2. Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

4. C.R.M. (A) No. 1072 of 2024 is dismissed.
