Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner refers to an order dated January 7, 2022 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge in Criminal Misc. Case No. 375/2021. He submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report of the victim and the materials in the case diary.

The injury report of the victim states that the victim suffered grievous hurt.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case dairy, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
