C.R.R. 1015 of 2021 Chinmoy Ghosh versus Purnima Ghosh In Re: An Application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

The subject-matter of this revisional application related to order dated 06.01.2020 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Lalbagh, Murshidabad in Criminal Revision No. 24 of 2016. The said revisional application was preferred in respect of the order dated 07.01.2016 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalbagh in M.R. Case No. 124 of 2009.

Records reflect that the learned sessions Judge after hearing the revisional application was pleased to allow the same thereby directing the husband to pay a sum of Rs.2000/- per month to the wife and Rs.1500/- per month to the minor daughter. Having regard to the quantum which was awarded by the learned sessions court, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1015 of 2021 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
