The petitioner is represented. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the widow of the workman being the applicant, respondent No.4 has expressed an intention not to proceed with this writ petition any further.

Notice dated 16th January, 2021 filed by the widow of the workman be kept with the records.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survive in this writ petition.

W.P.A. 16363 of 2016 and W.P.A. 6379 of 2015 are disposed of as "infructuous".
