The respondent authority has submitted the report of the concerned BDO. A copy of the report of the BDO dated 23rd September, 2020 and a copy thereof has been handed over to the learned advocate of the petitioner in the Court today.

The petitioner submits that there is already a direction given by the District Magistrate to pay the due amount of money, the report itself stated that there is no relevant papers and documents for processing the claim. The petitioner submits that he would file the relevant papers and documents for processing the claim within a period of seven days. If he does so, it is expected that the payment will be made within a period of 90 days from the date of such submission of further documents. The petitioner has prayed for interest on the due amount, which has not been

adjudicated in this matter, and that question of payment of interest is kept open for which he may take recourse of law. With the above direction the matter is disposed of. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
