Act being Case No. C/104/2021 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Barrackpore, the warrant of arrest issued therein, is not being executed by the police authorities.

In view of the warrant of arrest pending for a considerable period of time, which is more than two years, I direct that the execution of warrant of arrest be

exercised by the Missing Persons Squad, CID, West Bengal.

The concerned officer-in-charge of Missing Persons Squad, CID, W.B. would take steps for execution of the warrant and production of the accused before the learned jurisdictional court, if till date, the same has not been executed.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 8630 of 2024 is disposed of.

The learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta is directed to communicate this order to the officer-incharge of Missing Persons Squad, CID, W.B.

Affidavit of service so filed be kept with the record.
