Mr. Saibal Bapuli Ms. Trina Mitra .....Advocates The petitioner is in custody for about four months. Chargesheet has been submitted. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim committed suicide and the petitioner is not responsible for the same.

Learned counsel for the State produces the case diary and opposes the prayer for bail.

I have perused the material on record including the post mortem report of the victim as well as statement of witnesses recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The case diary suggests involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence.

In view of such incriminating material transpiring against the petitioner, the prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is accordingly disposed of. Case diary be returned.
