Neither the documents under section 207 of the cr.p.c. has been enclosed along with the revisional application nor the order-sheet(s) of the ld. Special Court and/or ld. Trial court is available.

The petitioner is granted liberty to take up all the issues canvassed in the present revisional application at the stage of consideration of charges before the ld. Special Court after receipt of the documents under section 207 of the cr.p.c. Ld. Trial court will consider the same in accordance with law without being influenced by any of the observations made by this court.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1267 of 2024 is disposed of.
