For the alleged Contemnor Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the applicant/petitioner is taken on record. Affidavit of compliance submitted by the alleged contemnor is also taken on record.

It is submitted on behalf of the alleged contemnor that in compliance with the order of this Court the representation submitted by the petitioner has been considered and disposed of by the alleged contemnor. Per contra, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that the order of the Court has not been complied with by the authority in considering the representation submitted by the petitioner.

Upon perusal of the order passed by the authority in terms of the direction of this Court passed on 21st February, 2022 in W.P.A. 2267 of 2022, this Court is of the view that the order under contempt has been substantially complied with by the alleged contemnor. In view of the same, the contempt proceeding is dropped and the contempt application being CPAN 390 of 2022 is disposed of.
