1. Appeal is directed against an order dated March 5, 2025 passed in WPA 3845 of 2025. Appeal is at the behest of the appellant.
2. Appellant approached the writ Court complaining of police inaction with regard to the Canning Police Station case No. 148 of 2024 dated February 23, 2024.
3. State is represented.
4. Learned Single Judge considered the report of the State. Learned Single Judge found that, proceedings Section 107 of the Criminal Procedure Code were undertaken by the police on the complaint filed by the appellant.
5. In the event, the appellant is aggrieved by the report so submitted by the police before the jurisdictional Court, appellant is at liberty to take appropriate steps with regard thereto.
6. Since, the allegations of police inaction do not survive, the steps taken by the police with regard to the complaint received by them, we are not minded to interfere any further.
7. Learned Single Judge, protected the appellant by directing that in the event further incidents are brought to the notice of the police, then appropriate steps will be undertaken with regard to the bail bond furnished.
8. In such circumstances, we find no ground to interfere in the appeal.
