1. The matter is listed today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" since a typographical error occurred in the paragraph nos. 5 and 6 of the judgment and order dated 08.05.2025.

2. In view of such, in the 4th line of paragraph no. 5 and in the 6th line of paragraph no. 6 of the judgment and order dated 08.05.2025 the figures „0.56 decimals‟ be deleted and in its place the figures ‟56 decimals‟ be inserted.

3. Necessary correction in this regard is made by me in Court today.

4. Let this order be treated as part of the judgment and order dated 08.05.2025.
