Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities as inspite of the representation being received on 10.03.2025 no steps have been taken or any communication has been made to the petitioner. State has submitted a report in respect of the Civil Case which has been decreed and subsequently at the behest of the private respondents an application for setting aside of the ex parte decree has been filed. Learned advocate for the private respondent submit that date has been fixed on 30.06.2025 before the Civil Court.

Be that as it may, since the police authorities are aware regarding the dispute existing between the petitioner and the private respondents, I am of the view that the representation which was received by the Office

of the Commissioner of Police, Howrah Police Commissionerate be disposed of and information be furnished to the petitioner by an authorized Officer of the Commissioner of Police, Howrah Police Commissionerate within a period of eight weeks from date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 7968 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed to both the parties. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
