1. This intra-Court appeal has been filed against the order dated 14.03.2023 passed in WPA 25824 of 2022. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that considering the financial position of the appellant, the Court may consider by deleting the cost payable by the appellant which was assessed by the learned Single Bench at Rs. 5100.00. Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, the cost imposed on the appellant is reduced to Rs. 500.00.

2. Hence, the appeal stands disposed of. The cost shall be remitted to the concerned Police Station within a period of three days from the date of receipt of the server copy of this order.
