Necessary direction was also made by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in this contempt proceeding being CPAN 445 of 2023.

Accordingly, the contempt proceeding being CPAN 445 of 2023 stands closed and dropped.

Consequently, the contempt application stands disposed of.
