Mr. Mrinal Kanti Ghosh, learned advocate appears for the petitioners.

Mr. Uday Narayan Betal, learned advocate appears for the alleged sole contemnor.

On the prayer of Mr. Betal, the compliance report filed in Court today is taken on record. Copy has been served upon Mr. Mrinal Kanti Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners. At page 35 to the compliance report shows that the reasoned order has been passed by the alleged contemnor on November 18, 2025 and the same was then communicated to the jurisdictional SubDivisional Officer on November 18, 2025 at page 37 to the compliance report.

Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners are aggrieved with the impugned order passed by the alleged contemnor.

Considering the above submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the compliance report filed today in Court on behalf of the alleged contemnor this Court finds that in so far as the sole contemnor is considered, the direction of this Court stands complied with. Hence, there is no contempt. In view of the above, WPCRC 137 of 2025 stands dropped and closed.

Rule, issued, stands discharged.

However, the petitioners shall be at liberty to take steps in accordance with law if they are aggrieved with the impugned order.

Accordingly, WPCRC 137 of 2025 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
