1. In terms of the order dated 15th June, 2023, Kotwali Police Station, Paschim Medinipur has filed a report in the form of instructions addressed to Public Prosecutor dated 25.06.2023, which is taken on record.

2. It appears that the statements made in CRAN 1 of 2023 are true and correct. Parties are living together. Statement of the opposite party/wife recorded under Section 161 of the Cr. P. C. on 27th June, 2023 has already been considered by this Court.

3. In that view of the matter, CRAN 1 of 2023 is allowed.

4. Criminal proceeding in connection with G. R. Case No. 3515 of 2022 arising out of Kotwali Police Station Case No. 774 of 2022 dated 26.10.2022 under Sections 498A/506 of the Indian Penal Code shall stand quashed and set aside.

5. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.

6. In view of disposal of CRAN 1 of 2023, criminal revision being CRR 1205 of 2023 is also disposed of.
