The District Inspector of Schools (SE), North 24 Parganas has filed a report, which is kept with the record. 2.

The D.I. of Schools is present virtually before this Court.

This Court appreciates the efforts of the learned counsel for the D.I.

of Schools, Mr.

Arindam Chattopadhyay, in securing compliance of the Court's order dated August 25, 2023.

The recommendation has been received by the School Service Commission on September 1, 2023. The petitioner shall sit with the Chairman of the School Service Commission on Tuesday (12.09.2023) at 2 p.m. for the purpose of determining an appropriate school

subject to the convenience of the petitioner and also availability and other factors of the Commission. 5.

It is expected that a decision is taken on the same day by the SSC. The SSC upon an appropriate recommendation, shall forward the same to the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education, who shall issue orders of posting immediately. Thereafter the aforesaid procedure shall be carried out offline.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt application. Hence, CPAN 438 of 2023 shall stand disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

The personal presence of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.

There shall be no order as to costs.
