1. The matter has been listed under the caption 'To Be Mentioned'.

2. In paragraph no.1 of the order dated 24th February, 2025 it has been inadvertently recorded by this Court that in W.P.A. No.2615 of 2021, the learned Single Bench has held that the writ petition is maintainable against the "West Bengal Housing Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd." instead of the appellant in M.A.T. 1996 of 2022 being "Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd.".

3. Further, in the last sentence of paragraph 1, the words mentioned as "West Bengal Infrastructure Development Corporation" shall be read as "West Bengal Housing Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd.".

4. In view of the order passed on February 24, 2025 by this Court, the writ petition being, W.P.A. 2615 of 2021 shall be deemed to be treated as "disposed of".

5. The above inadvertent errors be rectified and this order shall form part of the order dated February 24, 2025.

6. The other portions of the order dated February 24, 2025 shall remain unaltered.
