...... petitioners Mr. Niladri Sekhar Ghosh, Ms. Sompurna Chatterjee, Mr. Sourav Mondal ....for the petitioners Md. Anwar Hossain, Mr. Santanu Deb Roy ....for the State Materials in the Case Diary suggest that, the petitioners were involved in the incident of murder.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 1066 of 2024 is disposed of.
