The petitioner claims that the private respondents are co-sharers of a property and parties to TS No.179 of 2002. The suit has been decreed in final form and execution is pending before the Court below. 2.

Both parties alleged that the other is violating terms of the decree.

The parties may approach the civil Court and seek execution of their decree.

The Court below may direct the Amin attached to the Court below to formally demarcate the respective shares of the parties in the property.

5.

Falta Police shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7.

There shall be no order as to costs.

8.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
