Report reflects that, by an order dated 23rd July, 2015, the learned court below was pleased to pass an order for further investigation of the case.

In view of the aforesaid, the present revisional application before this Court, which is of the year 2012, has lost its significance.

Having regard to the changed circumstances, I am of the view that the challenge in the present revisional application is no more relevant and, therefore, no interference is called for by this Court.

Accordingly, CRR 1146 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
