1. The petitioner complains that the private respondent no.10 has blocked the ingress and egress into his property. The petitioner has registered a complaint with the Monteswar Police Station but in vain.

2. Having considered the writ petition in detail, this Court is of the view that the petitioner should seek civil remedies against the private respondent.

3. Monteswar Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
