An inadvertent error has crept into the order passed on April 23, 2025. In the cause title of the said order "CRM (DB) 113 of 2025" be read as "CRM (M) 113 of 2025". The Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the said order accordingly.

This order be treated as part of the order dated April 23, 2025.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
