1. Perused the office report.

2. However, the learned advocate for the alleged contemnors is present before the Court. It is submitted that proceedings were held as per the direction of this Court and the construction was found to be illegal. Accordingly, the entire records have been sent to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Alipore SubDivision, Kolkata on November 11, 2025.

3. Under such circumstances, nothing remains to be decided in the contempt application.

4. Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of. Contempt proceedings are dropped.

Rule is discharged.

5. It is expected that the Sub-Divisional Officer shall proceed in accordance with law.
