C.R.R. 1020 of 2021 Smt. Sujata Gupta (Banerjee) versus Sri Anoop Kumar Gupta In Re: An Application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

The present revisional application was preferred challenging the judgement and order dated 24.02.2015 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 154 of 2014 which related to the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. This revisional application was filed after six years from the date of the delivery of the judgement. No application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act was preferred. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1020 of 2021 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
