akb Mr. Banshi Badan Maity ...For the Petitioner This matter has come up at the instance of the learned Advocate for the petitioner pointing out some inadvertent typographical mistakes in the order dated April 21, 2021, which are corrected as under :- 1.

The year "2009" appearing in the 4th and 8th line of paragraph 2 at page 1 of the said order be substituted by the year "2019".

The date "01.11.2018" appearing in the 7th line of paragraph 2 at page 2 of the said order be substituted by the date "14.02.2020".

The order dated April 21, 2021, accordingly, stands corrected to the extent indicated above. Let this order be treated as part of the order dated April 21, 2021.

Certified copy of the order April 21, 2021, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly.

Urgent photostat copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the petitioner on priority basis on compliance of necessary formalities.
