An inadvertent error crept into the order passed on 27th November, 2024. In the said order the name of the petitioner, Gopal Majumdar @ Futo Gopal @ Surajit Majimdar be recorded as Gopal Majumdar @ Futo Gopal @ Surajit Majumdar. The Department is directed to incorporate the necessary correction in the said order accordingly. This order be treated as part of the order dated 27th November, 2024.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly uploaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
