1. Petitioners seek quashing of a criminal complaint.

2. There is a written complaint in the petition which discloses commission of criminal offences.

3. Petitioners before us are the in-laws of the de facto complainant.

4. Allegation is of mental torture as also assault resulting in medical problem to the de facto complainant.

5. Since the complaint itself discloses commission of cognizable offences, I am not minded to quash the criminal proceedings.

6. CRR 1574 of 2025 is dismissed.
