This revisional application has been filed praying for expeditious disposal of the pending interlocutory applications in Title Suit No.07 of 2020 before the learned Civil Judge, Junior division at Bongaon, North 24 Parganas. It is submitted that two applications, namely under Order 39 Rule 7 and Order 39 Rule 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure have been pending before the learned Court below for a long time. It is submitted that objections to the respective applications have already been filed. Under such circumstances, in my opinion, justice would be sub-served if the learned Court below is directed to dispose of the pending applications in the suit expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months form the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the claims and counter-claims of the parties and the

learned Court below shall decide all the issues independently and in accordance with law.

The revisional application is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
